What types of industrial real estate do you specialize in?

I focus exclusively on industrial, flex, and land in the Las Vegas Valley. That includes warehouse and distribution facilities, flex/office-warehouse product, industrial outdoor storage sites, and land for industrial development. I do not work in office, retail, or multifamily.

Do you work with both tenants and landlords?

My practice is primarily occupier-side and buyer-side representation. I work with tenants seeking to lease space, owner-users seeking to acquire facilities, and developers and investors pursuing land and development opportunities. For tenant and buyer clients, I am exclusively their advocate.

What submarkets do you cover in Las Vegas?

I cover the full Las Vegas Valley — North Las Vegas, Southwest Las Vegas, Henderson, Eastern Las Vegas, and the Apex Industrial Park area. I track active deals, available product, and land across all major submarkets on a continuous basis.

Is there a cost to working with you as a tenant or buyer?

In most commercial real estate transactions, the listing broker (representing the landlord or seller) splits their commission with a tenant or buyer's representative. That means my representation is typically at no direct cost to tenants and buyers. We discuss the specifics of any transaction at the outset.
